How does the 10% discount work?

When a customer comes in with a convocup in hand, the partner café provides them with the 10% discount on coffee automatically.

How does handing out the free cups of coffee work?

Every ConvoCup member is provided with one cup of free coffee per month. When a member wants to claim their free coffee at a café, they can take a look at our updated list above to know which café they can visit.

If members ask for their free coffee at your café, they will have to scan a QR code specifically designed for your café, which we give to you. We receive information from your customers’ scans and keep count of the number of cups your café has given away for free.

If you prefer, you can put a cap on the number of free cups of coffee you give away monthly. Any additional preferences, such as only giving away free coffee on specific days are welcome.

In return for your coffee handed out for free, we prioritize and regularly organize events at your café to make sure you gain income not only by our members coming by scattered, but by ensuring a regular crowd visiting your café who buy drinks and food during our events.

How does hosting events work?

We host monthly events where our members can connect. Occasionally, these are organized at cafés. This is an opportunity for you to familiarize your café with ConvoCup members, and gain customers and income at the event and from members frequenting your café more.

Depending on what we agree on, events can be hosted once per month.

We do the preparation and clean up after the event, not requiring any work from you.

At ConvoCup, our number one priority is to normalize wellbeing conversations and decrease loneliness, create a platform to prevent severe mental health problems like anxiety and depression, and increase the availability of mental health resources to everyone.
