The ConvoCup community encourages members to have personal, one-to-one conversations with other people who share and can relate to their struggles. Being fully understood by a stranger when no one else in your life identifies with your personal struggles can feel bonding and liberating. With an average of 6-8 month long waiting lists to gain access to a therapist in The Netherlands, a good stepping stone on the way to mental wellbeing can be a simple conversation over coffee, with someone who is willing to listen and show you you are not alone
